Overview
The Improving Mental Health Pathways and Access to Child and Youth Treatments (IMPACT) study is an online parenting program supported by fortnightly check-in sessions with a clinician designed for parents/caregivers of children aged 3-16 years 11 months in Western Australia (WA) looking for help to manage their child’s challenging behaviours. The study aims to examine whether this model of care can effectively reduce wait times and improve service access and engagement for families across WA. The IMPACT study is being funded by a Western Australian Innovation Challenge 2021: Child and Youth Mental Health (the Challenge) grant.
